The stay at Opera Mansion was perfect. The host was kind and on the first day of our trip, she unfolded a map of Santorini and recommended tourist spots and restaurants. The breakfast menu changed daily, so we never got tired of it. The greatest advantage of this accommodation is the view of the blue Mediterranean from the island. The sunny weather of Santorini and the cool evening breeze are unforgettable.

I loved the old opera building and in close proximity to everything. Information on the history of it in a booklet formwouuld interesting to read. The view from the location were absolutely incredible Maria is the villa manger, was very responsive to any and all requests. The only request knocked back was that our 6ft 2 son and i wanted the couch pulled out to be a double bed but it was suggested not to worry since his feet were only slightly hanging over and it will block out floor space near sink. I didn't want to upset anyone so I didn't repeat my request. The inside jacuzzi/pool, outside pool and spa were great features! We only used inside pool due to being more private. The wine celler served no purpose for us, it should be turned into a second bedroom.

Opera is the best Santorini may ofer. Luxury apartment with the best view and maximum comfort. Hamam, jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor pool. Everything you desire to make your stay a Royal. But the most important is the service. Valentinis hospitality is beyond any thanks. Caring is a part of her soul. Every question every wish was carried with heart and devotion. Santorinis white houses, blue sky, colorful sunsets and a warmth of Valentinis hart, will be a part of our memories for life.

We had a little accident with the motorcycle and she helped us like we were her family. We will be back!

We went there is the winter (January 1st week) so it was completely off-season. Accordingly, the price was lower than that in the summer. The facility itself is beautiful!! It is located over the Caldera with a great view of the ocean. There is an indoor pool and an outdoor pool, along with bath and sauna. There is also a wine cellar in the basement. We had a great stay. The manager is friendly and accessible. Breakfast is included and is really really good. The other meals are a little hard to find as most places in the region are closed during the winter but of course that's not on the Opera Mansion, rather just for information. The manager also helped us book outdoor activities such as sight-seeing, a bus tour, and a boat ride, along the island.

The moment you step into the Opera Mansion, you feel like you’re in a fairytale. My wife’s dream was to visit Santorini. I spent countless hours researching places to stay in Fira. I have never been so thankful for a choice I’ve made. Coming in and out each day will take your breath away. You’ll start each day with the most amazing breakfast. Anna arrives each morning to prepare breakfast in an outdoor cooking space, and then….sets it all up for you. You pick the time, and everything is waiting. We ate ours every day on our top deck with spectacular views of the sea/volcanoes. You can also have it set up in your private candlelit wine cellar. We had fresh baked pastries, crepes, and so much more. Seriously phenomenal way to start the day! The caldera just outside the front door goes on forever. We started each day with a walk filled with panoramic views of the Aegean Sea and volcanoes. We then came back to enjoy our space. Mid-day, need to cool down? Jump into your outdoor hot tub or outdoor pool( if it is warm enough). Want privacy, head inside to your large room with its very own full size pool and large steam room/rain head showers. Indoor pool feels pretty good after the steam room. It gets very steamy in there! Need to relax there are a couple lounge chairs on the mid level deck. And the bed in the room…so comfortable! Great pillows too. The view from the upper deck or outside the front door is picture perfect. So picture perfect that people often stop out front to take pictures…and are often seen looking at the opera mansion in just as much awe as the view off the cliff just outside the door. Perfect location just minutes of walking to greats food and bars. Valentini and Anna are so kind and helpful If there is anything you’d like to do…like boating, or getting into a special restaurant, Valentini will set it up for you. It was obvious throughout our trip that having an amazing stay was Valentini’s top priority. They will be missed just like the Opera Mansion. 1000% recommended. There is no better place to stay.
